For complex cases such as resetting natural gemstones or replacing lost K gold components, items will be sent to KAVA’s exclusive overseas workshop. The processing time is approximately 2–3 months.

The prices listed above are reference rates for basic repair services. All fees are paid directly to our partnering artisans—KAVA does not profit from these charges and serves only as a liaison to assist with coordination and follow-up.As jewelry styles and craftsmanship vary, final repair costs will depend on the extent of the damage and complexity of the work, and will be quoted after evaluation by the artisan.

KAVA’s designs are often delicate, and not all items can be repaired. Please check with our store team or LINE support for an initial review and quote.

如需申請維修,請透過 KAVA LINE 客戶服務帳號,提供商品清晰照片/影片及您的會員手機號碼,以利後續處理。

To apply for repair, contact us via KAVA LINE. Send clear photos/videos and your member phone number for processing.

維修配送說明 Repair Shipping Method
